Stephanie Drumm is an associate in the firm’s Technology, Entrepreneurial, and Commercial Client Service Group. She assists startups and established companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including business formation and capitalization, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Stephanie also works closely with the firm's Client Technology group. Her practice emphasizes utilizing innovation and new technology to improve efficiency and value for her clients.
Stephanie earned her J.D. and Certificate in Entrepreneurial Law in 2017 from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as a production editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and an Executive Board member of the Barrister’s Council. During law school, Stephanie also worked as a part-time lecturer at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, and completed an internship in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
In law school, Stephanie was selected to participate in the Silicon Flatirons Tech Lawyer Accelerator program. Through this program, she commenced a unique shared internship between the firm and a client of the emerging companies practice, researching and implementing innovative ways to make legal services more accessible to early-stage companies.
