Summary

Opinion article for La Tribune co-authored by BCLP Litigation Partners Elodie Valette and Constantin Achillas

The question of the effectiveness of these new CSR instruments is now at the heart of the concerns of shareholders who can influence the general management of a company and have a direct impact on its corporate governance.
