The global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) today announced that Hannah Kozlova Lindsay has been appointed chief people officer for the firm, effective Sept. 1. Kozlova Lindsay is resident in the firm’s London office.

“We recognize the importance of the people agenda as we grow and evolve our business and the key role our human resources team will play in helping us achieve our strategic objectives,” Co-Chair Lisa Mayhew said. “This is why it has been a priority for us to identify the right person to lead the HR team.”

Kozlova Lindsay joined the firm in 2015 as global head of Learning & Development. Since the 2018 merger of Bryan Cave and Berwin Leighton Paisner, she has headed the global L&D team for the combined firm. Kozlova Lindsay has worked closely with firm leadership to implement a number of important initiatives, including partner leadership development programs, major culture and integration projects and, most recently, the launch of the firm’s new global L&D program.

Kozlova Lindsay started her career as a banking lawyer and has spent the last 15 years working in HR teams in the legal sector with a primary focus on professional development.

“We are pleased to welcome Hannah into her new role, one that is vital to our ongoing success,” Co-Chair Therese Pritchard said. “We are confident she is the right fit and we look forward to her continued contributions to our global law firm.”
