Dominic’s experience as a finance lawyer spans more than 20 years and covers most forms of finance, including project finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, restructurings and high yield, asset finance, sovereign lending, investment grade lending and trade and structured finance.

He regularly acts for borrowers and sponsors, as well as all types of creditors, including banks, funds and alternative credit providers and export credit and development finance institutions.

His restructuring experience and acquisition and leveraged finance experience covers multiple industries including retail, technology, infrastructure, telecoms, renewables, resources and financials services.

His project finance experience has covered most sectors including renewables, conventional power, oil and gas, petrochemicals and other infrastructure assets such as rail, hotels, casinos and resorts. He is also a specialist in green and sustainable finance.

  • Senior Lenders on the development and financing of a coal-fired power project in Vietnam.
  • CT Corporation, a leading Indonesian corporate, in relation to multiple financings, including hotels, resorts, digital media, retail and the acquisition financing of Carrefour Indonesia.
