Ed is listed as a Future Leader in Global Competition Review's Who's Who Legal 2020.

Ed has substantial competition litigation experience. He is at the forefront of the Trucks cartel litigation, acting for a number of corporate claimants including the first case to be brought in England.  He has also acted for the claimants in two of the most significant UK competition litigation cases of the last 10 years – the National Grid/GIS and Air Cargo damages claims.

Ed was also co-lead Partner acting for the claimants in the Air Cargo claim, which alongside the National Grid claim, is one of the biggest cartel damages claims ever to arise in Europe.

Ed also advises on commercial and contractual disputes, including claims arising out of corporate and financial transactions. He has experience both of settling disputes by negotiation and mediation as well as conducting arbitration and multi-party litigation before the High Court and Court of Appeal.

Ed has advised on disputes in a number of sectors in the UK and internationally, particularly in the Regulated Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing, Aviation and Hotels sectors.

Ed has a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law, is qualified as a Solicitor Advocate and is an Italian speaker.
