She specialises in providing legal support for investment projects: construction, acquisition and operation of commercial and industrial real estate, town planning regulations and land relations. Ekaterina also provides legal support and comprehensive legal coordination of day-to-day operations for big manufacturing and commercial facilities of transnational corporations.

Ekaterina also focuses on construction and operation of utility networks, connection of capital structures to the utility infrastructure and supply systems and calculation of connection fees.

Ekaterina is well-versed in matters concerning industrial safety of properties under construction and their subsequent operation.

Ekaterina has an extensive track record of drafting and signing investment agreements for construction of big industrial facilities in the Russian regions, negotiating investment agreements with regional and municipal authorities and supporting their subsequent implementation.
