Peter is an Associate in the Employment & Labor group. Peter advises on contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for clients across various sectors on employment tribunal litigation and transactional matters, as well as supporting employers on day-to-day employment law issues.
Examples of recent work include defending employers in tribunal litigation, disciplinary matters, remote working issues and advising employers in relation to TUPE transfers, redundancy exercises and sickness absences. Peter has also been involved in multiple global projects, with a particular focus on issues relating to the Coronavirus. Peter has a good understanding of what clients require from their legal adviser having spent time on secondment at Heathrow Airport.
Peter has experience in drafting a variety of employment documentation including settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, contracts of employment and staff policies. Peter is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
