Biography
Terry Childers regularly advises his clients on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, debt and equity offerings, securities compliance and corporate governance.
His clients include publicly traded and privately held companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), exchange traded funds (ETFs), and venture capital and private equity issuers and investors, across a number of industries including healthcare, insurance, agribusiness, technology, manufacturing and consumer goods.
Terry has led deal teams on significant transactions for several of the firm’s corporate clients, including Omega Healthcare Investors, SavaSeniorCare, Aflac, Inc., Neenah Paper, Berry Plastics, and WisdomTree.
