BCLP Paris Partners Julie Catala Marty, Rémy Blain and Jean-Pierre Delvigne authored an article published July 1 by Les Petites Affiches concerning the types of support that states can provide to businesses in times of crisis. Their article covers both the legal framework applicable to state nationalizations of private businesses and the EU state aid rules that may apply to some forms of state support.
