Partner Claire Morel de Westgaver has contributed an article to the 41st edition of Young Arbitration Review (YAR), published May 26. In her piece, Morel de Westgaver considers flexibility as a cornerstone of arbitration resilience and how this has been an advantage during the COVID-19 disruption. Morel de Westgaver also discusses the enduring takeaways from the pandemic, and suggests there seem to be early signs that COVID-19 could actually herald transformational change to the practice of international arbitration. BCLP Trainee Arjun Dwesar assisted with the article.
