The COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (No. 14 of 2020) was enacted and passed on 7 April 2020. Together with the financial measures announced across the three budgets (most recently in the Solidarity Budget of 6 April 2020), the Act aims to provide targeted and temporary relief to individuals and businesses that have been facing unexpected stresses due to the COVID-19 situation.
