BCLP does not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you are a California resident you have the right to ask (1) that we grant you access to the personal information that we have about you, or (2) that we delete the personal information that we collected from you.  We do not discriminate against California consumers who exercise any of their rights described in this policy.  If you would like more information concerning the categories of personal information (if any) we share with third parties or affiliates for those parties to use for direct marketing please submit a written request to us using the information below.

Please address written requests and questions about your rights to privacy@bclplaw.com or call us at +1 833 948 1182.

We may also ask you to provide a signed declaration confirming your identity.
