The Bryan Cave Atlanta office’s complimentary Employment Law Seminar is coming up Tuesday, June 18, in the 755 Club at Turner Field. We have an exciting program lined up this year which includes: an update on recent labor and employment law developments; discussions on compensation and pay discrimination and wage and hour compliance; and an address by guest speakers John Schmelzer, acting director in the U.S. Department of Labor’s EEOC Office in Washington, D.C., and Bernice Williams-Kimbrough, EEOC Atlanta District Office director. The seminar has been approved for 2.75 (general) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute and approximately 2.8 regular CLE hours.
The seminar will run from 3 – 6 p.m., with dinner from 6 – 7 p.m. The Braves vs. Mets game will begin at approximately 7:10 p.m.
