Associate Writes for ‘Employment Law Journal’ on developments affecting employers and their advisers

November 29, 2021

BCLP Associate Peter Summerfield has written an article for Employment Law Journal, first published in the December 2021/January 2022 edition. Peter rounds up recent developments affecting employers and their advisers. An employment tribunal has found that a veterinary assistant who raised concerns with her boss about the COVID measures at her workplace was automatically unfairly dismissed. Peter comments that “Employers should act with caution if they are contemplating dismissing an employee who has recently raised a health and safety matter.”
