The global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has announced that it is advising Macquarie Capital on bringing JERA Co. Inc. into the Formosa 2 offshore wind project.
Formosa 2 is a landmark 376 MW offshore wind project located off the coast of Miaoli, Taiwan. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
