The two disposals are part of the TF1 and M6 merger, announced on May 17, 2021. Following the transaction, the newly merged group will be required to dispose of several national DTT channels, in accordance with the limit defined by French regulations.

Altice Media owns three national DTT channels, three radio stations, one replay platform and one digital news platform.
