BCLP Paris lawyers author article in ‘Daf-Mag’ on how ESG impacts investor strategy

BCLP Paris Corporate/M&A Partner Roland Montfort and Virginie Brault-Scaillet (counsel) authored an article published Jan. 4 in ‘Daf-Mag’ concerning the impacts of ESG on investor strategy. They note that "numerous tools have been developed and are used by investors to determine relevant investment programs, audit targets and also incorporate ESG at both the fund and portfolio company levels".
