BCLP Paris Partners Rémy Blain and Antoine Martin will lead a training workshop on Oct. 10 detailing how to successfully complete 100 post-closing days. Intended for corporate lawyers, this workshop is organized by the AFJE (Association française des juristes d'entreprise), a French trade association representing in-house counsel.
The 100 days following a closing are crucial for the success of any transaction, both on the buyer and seller side. Presented in partnership with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, this workshop will focus on the integration period to better organize and supervise the monitoring of M&A operations.
Managing partner of BCLP’s Paris office, Blain advises clients in the areas of acquisitions and sales of companies/assets, and private equity projects for equity funds and management teams. He also advises clients on a wide range of trade matters, including distribution and franchising, joint ventures, technology transactions, bidding, teaming and supply agreements.
Martin advises on all aspects of corporate/M&A matters. He specializes in advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganizations and cross-border transactions. These transactions often focus strongly on complex carve outs or distressed asset transactions. He also focuses his practice on private equity transactions (acting for institutional investors, managers and portfolio companies).
