BCLP Partner Andrey Spektor was quoted Aug. 9 by The Wall Street Journal about the FBI’s search of the residence of former President Donald J. Trump.  Andrey, a former federal prosecutor, noted that to obtain the search warrant, the government not only had to show that there was probable to believe a crime had been committed, but also had to demonstrate that the evidence was still on the premises.
