BCLP Partner Shy Jackson will participate in the webinar “NEC Contract – An update on the latest changes and case law developments” on May 5, hosted virtually.

The webinar is hosted by The Society of Construction Law Hong Kong and will cover the latest updates involving the NEC form of construction contract. Given the increasing use of the NEC Contract within Hong Kong, the seminar will provide an insight into various practical issues relating to the program and delay assessment, omissions, notices and some of the latest case law. 

Shy is a member of the NEC Contract Board and his practice covers construction and engineering project advice and acting in disputes related to UK and international projects, including in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and ADR. Shy is a fellow of the Chartered Institution of Arbitration, a fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a Visiting Fellow (Construction Law) at King’s College London.
