International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) is ranked among 59 law firms with the most improved client service, as reported by the BTI Consulting Group.

“Top legal decision makers point to 59 firms – large, medium and small – as improving at a faster rate than all others,” BTI stated in its report. “These firms are riding a wave of client-facing communication and practicality to take a leap forward.”

Those on the list have worked to strengthen their client service game, BTI noted, saying informal communication, amazing response and practicality helped power these firms’ improved performance.

“These 59 firms are using their improved client service prowess to build stronger client relationships. They are also leaving a lasting impression on clients – enduring well beyond whatever clients are experiencing now,” BTI said. “These firms stepped up in a big way and saw their performance soar.”
