Four Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner partners have been named Lawyer of the Year in the 11th edition of The Best Lawyers™ in Russia.

Vitaly Dianov is listed in Competition / Antitrust Law. Dianov is a recognized expert who advises clients on all competition law-related matters with a focus on cartel investigations, competition trials and abuse of dominance disputes. He is actively involved in the drafting of antitrust laws and regulations and lectures on enforcement of the antitrust legislation at a law institute.

Andrey A. Goltsblat is recognized in Real Estate Law. Goltsblat is managing partner of the firm’s Russia office. He has more than 20 years’ experience working primarily on private clients, M&A, investments projects, restructuring and joint ventures, as well as counselling directors and senior management of domestic and overseas companies on investments and deal structuring in Russia and the CIS.

Roman Khodykin is named for work in International Arbitration. Khodykin is an arbitration specialist with extensive experience in national and cross-border matters, with particular emphasis on shareholder and energy disputes. He holds a Ph.D. in Conflict of Laws. He is a dual qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and a Russian advocate.

Vladimir Tchikine is listed in Trade Law. Tchikine specializes in the corporate, exchange, customs and indirect tax aspects of business law. He advises on a broad range of customs regulatory issues, including customs value assessment and confirmation; documentary evidence of origin of goods; classification of goods; identification of the most advantageous customs treatment for imports and exports; and on various foreign exchange regulation matters.
