Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner adds Partner to Corporate team

Kurt Ma will join the firm in early November

International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has hired M&A and Corporate Finance Partner Kurt Ma to bolster its London Corporate team. Kurt joins from Slaughter and May where he gained significant experience working on cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions. He advises a range of clients across different sectors, including financial institutions, governments, private equity funds and listed companies, on joint ventures, high-value asset sales and complex restructuring exercises, as well as general corporate matters.

Speaking of Kurt’s arrival, Deputy Departmental Managing Partner Simon Beddow said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Kurt to the team.
