Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner advises Sberbank Investments on acquiring 50% of the Fairmont & Vesper and Lucky Quarter Projects

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, formerly Goltsblat BLP in Russia, has advised Sberbank Investments on acquiring 50% in Mayak and Prima building a five-star hotel and deluxe apartments at the Fairmont & Vesper residential complex and the premium-class Lucky Residential Quarter.

Both projects are being developed by Vesper, which specialises in high-end residential property construction and has a corporate portfolio of 15 bespoke residences in Moscow and Europe.

The cooperation between Vesper and the legendary worldwide Fairmont Hotels chain produced the Fairmont & Vesper project: two buildings at the very heart of Moscow on Tverskaya Street near Mayakovskaya metro station one accommodating a Fairmont hotel and the other apartments managed by a global chain.

The Lucky Residential Quarter is a unique social and cultural cluster with sophisticated residences, historic buildings, its own park, a fitness centre and a food court to be built near Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station.
