The article noted that Dealer Inspire provides dealers with digital products such as websites or messaging platforms, and LDM offers a variety of marketing solutions. Dealer Inspire and LDM generated revenues of $41 million and have 1,700 customers serviced by 400 employees. The acquisition will allow to offer more digital solutions to its dealership clients, including a platform that creates custom ads based on inventory data and a program that helps customers compare a wide range of the financial aspects of their purchase while shopping, the company said.
