BCLP St. Louis Partner Ben Clark will be appearing alongside colleagues from the American College of Trial Lawyers in the role of trial attorney at “A Persuasion-Focused Seminar Interactive Mock Trial.”   This CLE is presented by the American College in conjunction with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.  The case involves alleged professional negligence leading to permanent disability of a young hospital patient.  Mr. Clark will collectively conduct four separate direct and cross-examinations of expert witnesses.

This seminar on June 11 will focus on skills and techniques for effectively trying a lawsuit from both plaintiff and defense perspectives, from opening statement through closing argument. This will be a unique opportunity for attendees to watch acclaimed trial lawyers complete an entire trial before a judge and panel of jurors, and explain the purpose for and planning of each aspect of the trial.

The American College of Trial Lawyers is an induction-only fellowship of a minute percentage of trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds from the United States and Canada. For more information or to register for the CLE Mock Trial Seminar visit the BAMSL website.
