BCLP Counsel Angela Hsu will join the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers’ 2nd Annual “Path to Empowerment” series on March 29. 

This zoom webinar is the final of a three-part “Women on the Run” program devoted to female political engagement and representation. The first installment considered the quantitative statistics regarding female political engagement and representation. The second considered the sufficiency of the present female political representation and leadership. This final event will feature bar organizations that support and enable the professional development or training of women interested in seeking election, appointment or otherwise holding leadership positions.

Angela is past president of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and former chairman of the board of the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity. She is also deeply involved in the legal community’s response to the rise in anti-Asian hate crimes across the nation, advocating for the Asian American community and helping to establish funds to aid victims of violence.

Angela additionally maintains an active transactional practice at BCLP, with extensive experience across the spectrum of real estate deals. For all of these involvements, she was named to the 2021 Georgia Asian Times (GAT) 25 Most Influential Asian Americans in Georgia list.
