Paris, July 8, 2019 – Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Paris team, composed of Partner Antoine Martin, Counsel Mathieu Taupin and Associate Marie-Emilie Codina, advised its long-standing client Quantum Capital Partners in the acquisition of all the shares of Indraéro Siren and its Moroccan subsidiary from the LISI Aerospace group.
Quantum Capital Partners (QCP) is the management company of an investment fund based in Munich. Its activity focuses on companies with high-development potential, such as the orphan assets of large conglomerates. Indraéro Siren is a subsidiary of the LISI group specializing in the assembly of aeronautical structures, based in Argenton sur Creuse and Casablanca via its subsidiary LISI Aerospace Creuzet Maroc SA. It has 429 employees in France and 283 employees in its Moroccan subsidiary.
This acquisition is part of Quantum Capital Partners’ accelerated development, which aims to centralize all of its aeronautical activities under a single brand in order to process orders from major groups such as Safran or Airbus. This operation, which began in the fall of 2018, required the approval of the Moroccan Competition Authority, the main customers Airbus and Safran, and the Ministry of the Economy and Finance to regulate foreign investment.
