The recent announcement that BCLP released new inclusion and diversity (I&D) aspirational goals has been featured by numerous outlets, including Dec. 8 by Law.com; Dec. 8 by Law360; Dec. 9 in ‘The Daily Docket,’ by Reuters; and Dec. 11 by World Intellectual Property Review. The new aspirational goals aim to increase equality of opportunity and fairness firmwide for female, racial/ethnicity minority, LGBTQ*, and disabled lawyers and business services professionals.
