Hofmann Appointed Member of Colorado Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Committee
Denver Partner Mike Hofmann has been appointed a member of the Colorado Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Committee. The committee is responsible for reviewing, correcting, updating and improving all of Colorado’s civil rules. The committee is made up of judges, court personnel and litigators.
Hofmann focuses his practice on complex commercial and white collar litigation, most recently involving antitrust, false claims, intellectual property and commercial breach of contract cases. He has represented clients in federal and state courts in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, New York and Nevada. Hofmann also has a significant appellate practice and has represented clients before the 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th circuits, the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
