St. Louis Partner Stephanie Hosler has been named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2019 class of Diverse Business Leaders. These awards annually promote diversity of race, sexual orientation and disability.
Among her community involvements, Hosler serves on the Board of Trustees of City Academy and the Forsyth School. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the National Conference for Community and Justice of Metropolitan Saint Louis. She is active with the National Hispanic Bar Association.
In July, Hosler was recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media as a winner of this year’s Diversity & Inclusion Awards. She is also a former recipient of the Women’s Justice Awards presented by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women list, and in 2018 was named by corporate counsel to BTI’s Client Service All-Stars list.
Hosler concentrates her practice at BCLP in the areas of business and transactional counseling. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general commercial counseling, joint ventures and strategic alliances, stock-for-stock acquisitions, and acquisitions of minority interests. She has experience with companies in a number of industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer goods, life sciences and private equity.
This year’s Diverse Business Leaders will be honored at an awards luncheon Sept. 13.
