St. Louis Associate and Concordance Fellow Kaitlyn Parker has been selected as a Missouri Lawyers Weekly “Up & Coming” lawyer for 2019. Up & Coming honorees are younger than 40 years old or within their first 10 years of practice and demonstrate professional excellence while making a positive impact on their profession and communities.
As the firm’s second Concordance fellow, Parker works with Concordance Academy to address the legal needs of previously justice-involved individuals in order to ease reentry and reduce recidivism. As a member of the firm’s Litigation and Corporate Risk Group, Parker’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, class actions, commercial disputes, intellectual property, product liability, and regulation, compliance and advisory work. She has experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes and has worked closely with the firm’s securities group, representing financial firms in disputes relating to financial transactions and regulatory compliance. In addition, she has played an active role in representing firm pro bono clients through the Missouri Coalition for the Right to Counsel.
This year’s Up & Coming honorees will be recognized during an Oct. 11 awards ceremony at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in St. Charles. Click here for more information or to register for the event.
