Moll, Smith Present on Estate Planning Tool with Neota
With many businesses having by necessity gone online, and social distancing still the norm, legal teams have an unprecedented challenge in reaching clients and maintaining service delivery. Denver Partner Stephanie Moll and Senior Manager of Expert Systems and U.S. Automation Kristi Smith will participate in a webinar for Neota Logic on May 29 detailing the partnership between Neota and BCLP that resulted in a new estate planning tool.
The need for a simpler approach to navigating state-specific requirements for the execution of wills, trusts and powers of attorney became apparent to Moll when she began advising clients hospitalized for COVID-19. A new process was needed to provide clients with immediate guidance on which states allow electronic or remote notarization of these documents.
BCLP’s U.S. Private Client Group and Global Innovation Team, in collaboration with AI no-code automation software developers at Neota Logic, quickly created the online, easy-to-use solution allowing users to input the appropriate governing state law and estate planning documents they will be signing. Based on the information provided, users receive a report outlining the basic signing requirements for each of those documents.
Moll and Smith will showcase BCLP’s new estate planning tool in this webinar. In addition, representatives from Neota Logic will give an overview of their no-code automation platform that allows users to rapidly design online legal services. Click here to register for this event.
