London Senior Associate Claire Morel de Westgaver has been named a member of the list of arbitrators for the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO). The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center is a neutral, international and nonprofit dispute resolution provider that offers alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options. WIPO mediation, arbitration, expedited arbitration and expert determination enable private parties to efficiently settle their domestic or cross-border IP and technology disputes out of court.

Morel de Westgaver is a member of BCLP’s International Arbitration and Construction Dispute Practice. A bilingual lawyer in English and French with a mixed civil/common law background, Morel de Westgaver is admitted to practice law in England & Wales and the U.S. (New York). She has particular experience with disputes relating to technology, corporate transactions, cross-border sale or service agreements, and disputes involving IP or secrecy issues.
