Washington, D.C., Feb. 18, 2019 – The international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP announced today that Jonathan Nesher has joined the firm as counsel in the M&A and Corporate Finance Group. Nesher will reside in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Nesher represents public and private companies in domestic and international mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, and dispositions and carve-out transactions. He also has substantial experience in private equity investments, venture capital financings, strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
Prior to joining the firm, Nesher served as counsel at an international law firm in Washington and previously practiced corporate law in New York and London. He served as senior legal and strategic adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister in Israel.
Nesher received his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he was submissions editor of the Harvard International Law Journal, and his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Cambridge, where he was a King’s College scholar and the recipient of the Hurst Prize for Law.
