BCLP Paris Counsel David Père has been appointed to co-host a seminar on business criminal law at the University Paris Ouest Nanterre. He will collaborate with Florence Lasserre-Jeannin, president of the court of Nanterre and lecturer in private law and criminal sciences, and Pascal Beauvais, professor of private law and criminal sciences, within the Master Business Litigation Section at the university.

"It is a great honor to have been selected to teach in this prestigious master class, alongside high-quality speakers," he said. "It is even more important to me since it is a great opportunity to thank the faculty of Nanterre in which I began my law studies.”

At Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Père practices in business criminal law, criminal law and regulatory litigation. He specializes in high-risk, complex cases alleging bribery, money laundering and tax evasion, as well as cybercrime, forgery and post-acquisition litigation. Père is also highly regarded for international criminal law having handled multijurisdictional disputes in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and in the United States.
