Paris Partner Didier Bruère Dawson was recently profiled in MayDay, a French publication for the restructuring market.

“A globe-trotter, trained marine commando, a sociology graduate, Chinese literature, restoration of old books, international relations and management, a lawyer at the Paris bar and solicitor in the United Kingdom, and currently in the process of being registered with the Luxembourg bar,” the publication noted. “Didier has also worked or been involved with business schools and universities in France, Belgium and the United Arab Emirates, and is a recognized professional in restructuring and business litigation. He joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) in February to head the French restructuring practice and as co-head of the EMEA special situations practice.”
