Partner in ‘Wall Street Journal’ on Judge’s Rulings in Criminal Fraud Case
BCLP Partner Andrey Spektor was quoted Oct. 22 by The Wall Street Journal. The Journal asked Andrey, a former federal prosecutor, to weigh in on U.S. District Judge Edward Davila’s rulings in the criminal trial of Elizabeth Holmes, the CEO of Theranos Inc. Andrey observed that Judge Davila’s 100-page opinion ruling on pre-trial motions was “fair,” as he excluded inflammatory evidence while giving “the government plenty to make [its] case.”
