BCLP Paris Counsel David Père has been invited by the OECD (the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) to speak at a roundtable organized in the context of the review the OECD anti-bribery recommendation. The roundtable will take place March 22, during OECD Integrity Week. This event will focus on the main challenges in enforcing foreign bribery laws, including evidentiary requirements and innovative investigative tools, adequate sanctions for offenders and non-trial resolutions.
