St. Louis Partner Stephanie Hosler will be recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media as a 2019 winner of its Diversity & Inclusion Awards. In addition, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner will be honored for its diversity efforts as a firm.

Missouri Lawyers Media annually recognizes attorneys, firms and organizations that are significantly advancing diversity, inclusion and the dignity of all people in Missouri’s legal profession and in the community.

Hosler concentrates her practice at BCLP in the areas of business and transactional counseling. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general commercial counseling, joint ventures and strategic alliances, stock-for-stock acquisitions, and acquisitions of minority interests. She has experience with companies in a number of industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer goods, life sciences and private equity.

Among her community involvements, Hosler serves on the Board of Trustees of City Academy and the Forsyth School. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the National Conference for Community and Justice of Metropolitan Saint Louis and Ava’s Grace Scholarship Foundation. She is active with the National Hispanic Bar Association.

Hosler is a former recipient of the Women’s Justice Awards presented by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women list, and in 2018 was named by corporate counsel to BTI’s Client Service All-Stars list.

Hosler and BCLP will be honored Aug. 9 at Missouri Lawyers Media’s 2019 Diversity & Inclusion Awards luncheon.
