Adam Braun is an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group. He advises public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in the context of corporate transactions. In addition, Adam counsels public and private companies on the design, drafting and operation of equity incentive plans and employment, severance and change in control agreements. Adam also advises public companies on their proxy and other disclosures regarding executive and director compensation arrangements.
Prior to joining Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Adam practiced at a major international law firm in their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group.
