Adam is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group.  He has handled cases in many areas, including antitrust, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duty, trade secrets, and fraud.  He has also represented companies and individuals in a wide range of industries, spanning from oil & gas and technology to private equity and financial services.  He has significant experience handling disputes in courts throughout the country, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.  Prior to joining BCLP in 2017, Adam began his legal career working at a firm in New York City.
