Litigation Practice: Ali’s litigation practice includes complex class and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on high-stakes litigation and white-collar investigations. Ali has experience representing clients in a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes, including those involving mergers and acquisitions, contracts, class action defense, fraudulent conveyances, hotel disputes, veil-piercing, railroad disputes, ERISA fiduciary actions, and consumer fraud litigation, both locally and nationally, at both the trial court and appellate level. Ali is fiercely loyal and protective of her clients. She will stop at nothing to find the best solution for every matter.

Firm Service: Ali is currently a member of the Firm’s Arts and Education Counsel. She recently served as an Associate Task Force Representative, on the Recruiting Committee and as a Workload Coordinator for summer associates, among other things.

Pro Bono: Ali has devoted a substantial amount of time to community and pro bono matters. Most recently, Ali obtained a large verdict in favor of her court-appointed client after advocating to protect his civil rights during a week-long bench trial. Ali has also provided pro bono representation to women in need of protection from domestic violence, a 501(c)(3) baseball league, an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering less fortunate families, and a grassroots project of the Missouri Council for a Better Economy.
