Ashlee C. Difuntorum is a member of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Commercial Disputes Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation involving a variety of subject maters, including business litigation, franchise litigation, and consumer class actions.

Ms. Difuntorum graduated from Loyola Law School, where she was an Editor of the Loyola Law Review. During law school, she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Manuel L. Real of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Difuntorum also worked as a legal extern in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Difuntorum received her bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Philosophy from San Diego State University. While pursuing her degree, she worked for the California State Assembly, Office of Assembly Member Dr. Richard Pan, in Sacramento, CA.

Ms. Difuntorum was a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles Office.
