Ben Martin is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group. Mr. Martin focuses his practice on advising clients on regulatory compliance, financial technology, banking and payments matters. He regularly provides advice to bank and non-bank financial institutions and also advises clients on the structure and negotiation of corporate indemnity provisions.

Mr. Martin received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. While there, he served as a graduate assistant in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where he provided legal services to low income taxpayers with federal tax controversies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Martin held positions in multiple state government agencies where he provided advice to sourcing teams on government technology procurements, and practiced securities regulation, compliance, and enforcement.
