David Axelman handles a variety of commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, including those involving partnership and LLC member disputes, competition disputes, business acquisition disputes, business torts, securities, and trademarks. Mr. Axelman’s experience ranges from developing litigation strategy at the outset of a case to drafting appellate briefs. He has successfully argued numerous dispositive motions, and has negotiated favorable settlements at mediation. Mr. Axelman has served clients in the finance, transportation, and manufacturing industries, among others. He also has experience in election law, having served as Florida co-counsel to a presidential campaign and represented multiple county political parties in federal court.

During law school, Mr. Axelman served as Senior Articles Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and interned for a federal magistrate judge.  Mr. Axelman was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation.
