Fabrice Bouquier assists French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on distribution law, food law, consumer law and complex commercial contracts.
Recently Mr Bouquier's practice has been increasingly focused on managing large-scale direct investment for Chinese industrial groups in various European jurisdictions including France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy. His restructuring experience also includes advising Chinese investors on pre-insolvency strategies and insolvency issues arising from their European investments.
Mr. Bouquier has key experience in metallurgy, food, airport and airlines safety and security, hospitality and luxury sectors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Bouquier was an M&A and distribution partner at a leading French law firm. He previously worked at other major international law firms.
