Griffin Davis is a corporate lawyer in the firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance practice. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate finance. He also has experience representing clients in venture capital and asset management matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Griffin served as an associate in the corporate group of an international law firm in Boston.

Griffin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2018, where he served as a Senior Editor of The Regulatory Review and an Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.
