Hannah Crockett concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity and corporate finance. Her practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, equity offerings and credit facilities. In addition, Ms. Crockett counsels public companies on the preparation and filing of reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In May 2006, Ms. Crockett received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Crockett served as Associate Lead Articles Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review.
