Hollie Washington focuses her practice on the financing of multifamily properties, with an emphasis on loan origination and servicing matters related to both CMBS and Freddie Mac securitizations. She represents lenders, commercial mortgage loan servicers and special servicers in connection with loan modifications, assumptions and other servicing matters affecting securitized commercial mortgage loans.

Hollie has also represented mortgage banking clients in the origination of loans sold in the secondary market under the Freddie Mac SBL program. In addition, she has counseled lenders and loan servicers in the origination, sale and servicing of loans made in connection with Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) program and Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) product line.

Prior to joining the firm, Hollie was an associate at a large nationwide law firm. Before attending law school, Hollie worked as a financial consultant for an insurance company for 13 years.
